Refund Policy

At Riccicool8, we want you to love your iPhone case as much as we love creating it for you. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the case must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that are on sale or custom orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once we receive your returned iPhone case and inspect it, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the case is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your iPhone case arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at africanduos@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it, including clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will quickly arrange a replacement or a full refund for the affected item. Riccicool8 reserves the right to decline refunds on returned items that do not meet our return policy conditions.
